Thanks and Praises
Psalm 57:9

The Upward Look
    by Max D. Hutto,

“I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to You among the nations.” Psalm 57:9 NASB

Overflowing from singing praises to God during his early morning devotional time, David desired to sing those praises to all people in all the nations. He yearned to tell all who would listen of the greatness of God, of the comfort, refuge, and strength found in God’s presence, and of God’s great mercy, grace, and love. With a thankful heart, all believers also must sing praises to God before the whole world, telling of God’s great salvation through Christ Jesus the Savior and Lord.

Lord Jesus, I am so grateful for the salvation You have provided, for the overflowing abundance of Your mercy, grace, and love. May I lift my voice and tell all who would hear of my thankfulness and praise to You.
