Forgiven
Psalm 32:1
The Upward Look

“How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered!” Psalm 32:1 NASB
Guilt. Regret. Remorse. Shame. These emotions and more often flood one’s soul when a wrong has been done, when one disobeys, when one willfully rebels, and when one falls woefully short of what is expected. Blessed. Happy. Joyful. What relief, what peace, what comfort floods one’s soul when the wrong has been forgiven, covered over, and made right. Ultimate forgiveness is found only through Jesus, His blood that cleanses all our sin! Through Jesus one can find peace with God and peace with other people.
Lord Jesus, though I have sinned and fallen well short of God’s will, I have been forgiven through Your mercy and grace. I have been blessed and now live in peace.
