“He leads the humble in what is right and teaches them His way.” Psalm 25:9 HCSB

Who is willing to be taught? Not the proud and arrogant who think they know it all, or who rely on their own strength and intellect. It is the humble and meek who desire to learn. Recognizing their own limitations, they place themselves under the control and authority of God. Their strengths and intellects are harnessed and guided by God to do what is right and just. A person who is teachable can learn the ways of God and is willing to obey His directions.

Lord Jesus, I desire to learn from You how to live my life in a way that is pleases You. Help me to obey Your Word, doing what is right and just.
