“Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a disgrace to any people.” Proverbs 14:34 NASB

A strong and mighty nation is built on justice, righteousness, and moral integrity. The people must do what is right and honorable. Their actions must be based on what is correct in God’s eyes. However, when the people sin and transgress the laws of God, they will be disgraced and put to shame. Sin brings about chaos and ruin. God’s judgment will soon follow.

Lord Jesus, I pray that my country will repent from sin and return to following Your law. Help me to do my part to make this country strong again by living in right relationship with others and with You.
