Peace, Love, and Faith
Ephesians 6:23

The Upward Look
    by Max D. Hutto,

“Peace be to the brothers, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 6:23 ESV

Paul concludes his letter by giving a blessing benediction. He wishes all believers to have peace. They have peace with God the Father through Jesus who redeemed them through His death and resurrection. This peace from God, which passes all understanding, gives wholeness and confidence even in the midst of the storms of life. He desires all, through faith in Christ, to experience God’s love flowing in and through their lives. God transforms a life through faith in Jesus and fills it with peace, love, and grace.

Lord Jesus, continue to transform my life to bring You honor and glory. May my life of faith in You be filled and overflow with Your peace, love, mercy, and grace.
