“He who was delivered up because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification.” Romans 4:25 NASB

Jesus died on a cross and was buried in a tomb. But death could not keep Him in the grave. On the third day, He arose! He is alive again! Because Jesus was raised from the grave and is alive again, those who believe in Him are justified. Justification means that God has declared believers as righteous in His sight. Those who have placed their faith and trust in Jesus’ death and resurrection have been acquitted of all sin and made right in God's sight. Believers no longer face punishment, but have been given eternal life in Christ Jesus the Lord.

Lord Jesus, I am cleansed by Your blood shed on a cross and have life eternal and abundant by Your resurrection. Thank You for Your wonderful gift of salvation.
