“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light” Ephesians 5:8 HCSB
Life without Christ is consumed by darkness, wickedness, and evil. Even the very best person without Christ is full of the darkness of sin. The person who is in Christ, who has placed their entire trust solely in the grace of God, is now in the light of the Lord. The believer’s walk, the way he lives, his lifestyle, must reflect the light of Christ. The believer’s thoughts, words, and deeds must shine forth in goodness, righteousness, and truth.
Lord Jesus, may my lifestyle, my total life, reflect Your grace and love. Let this little light of mine shine forth, pleasing You and bringing You glory and honor.
